Serves: serves 6-8
Cups of Fruits & Vegetables per Serving:

pre-cooked chicken meat, shredded
4 celery sticks, chopped
2 medium tomatos, chopped
1/4 head of cabbage, finely chopped
4 medium carrots, shredded
3 tbs. mayo or yogurt
cilantro, finely chopped (as desired)
2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped (as desired)
6-12 corn tortillas


Makes 6-12 corn tortillas for wraping the chicken salad as a taco. Serves 6-8
