Melon Salad with a Lime Twist

Cups of Fruits & Vegetables per Serving:
Think Variety; Think Color: Yellow/Orange, Green


2 cups Del Monte® honeydew, chunks or balls
2 cups Del Monte® cantaloupe, chunks or balls
1 medium lime
2 tbsp. sugar or equal amount sugar substitute
2 tbsp. fresh mint leaves, chopped


Combine honeydew, cantaloupe, sugar and mint leaves in a bowl.

Squeeze the lime over the top of the mixture.

Mix well.

Refrigerate for 30 mins and stir once more before serving.
