Greek Beet Salad

Cups of Fruits & Vegetables per Serving:
Think Variety; Think Color: Red, Green, Blue


1 (15 oz.) can Libby’s®  Cut Beets
4 cups Romaine salad mix
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup Greek vinaigrette dressing  


Place salad greens on plate; add in layers, beets, walnuts, cheese. 

Pour dressing over salad and serve.
