Cups of Fruits & Vegetables per Serving:
Think Variety; Think Color: Red, Yellow/Orange, White


1 1/3 cups red grapefruit juice
1 cup mango, peeled and diced
1 medium banana, sliced
1 8-oz. container strawberry-banana yogurt, fat free
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup crushed ice
red grapefruit slices for garnish   


In a blender, combine the grapefruit juice, mango, banana, yogurt, vanilla, honey and crushed ice; puree until thick and smooth.

Pour into glasses and garnish with grapefruit slices.
