Q. HiMy daughter is 2.5 years old. she donot wannat eat any food.she is just drinking milk through fedder about 4-5 times a day in 4 ons.By force i am trying hard and giving her porridge half bowl with milk 3 times a day.bute her weight is 10 kgs which not enough for age although she is very active and always wanna play.but looking very week.Kindly advice what i should i have to give her for daily food.i am living in pakistan
A. Children can go through food ‘jags’ and be picky, but this sounds more serious. Can you mash some soft fruit, beans (like chickpeas, etc.) or lentils into her porridge (not all at the same time) to make sure she’s getting other good nutrients? The fact that she’s active and playful is a good sign, but I would be sure she is seen by a doctor as well.
