My husband is Diabetic as well as dairy intolerant. Do you have any suggestions? It is difficult to think of a ”dressing” for things when I can not use milk, yogurt,cheese etc. Thanks for any help you can offer

Pureed fruits and vegetables combined with oils and seasonings make great sauces on fish, chicken, beef, oatmeal’s, and more.
