On our tropical island, we grow a lot of bok choy, kang kong (a water-grown green leafy veg), okra, and eggplant. I cannot find bok choy or kang kong in the USDA nutrient database. Are these leafy greens high in iron like spinach?

Bok choy is in the cabbage family, and nutrition information can be found in the USDA nutrient database by entering cabbage as a search term.  For kang knog, some nutrition information was available at
