A. You may be interested to learn some science behind food cravings.  Cravings are actually more psychological than biological. Hormones, memories and other neural mechanisms cue cravings which may occur more frequently when we are hungry or dieting.
If you’re craving something sweet, reach for fruit instead of processed sweets.
