Should we buy organic fruits & veggies and how can we tell if they have enzymes and minerals in them?

Buying organic is a matter of personal preference. It is always a good idea to buy in season and local when possible to ensure getting your fruits and veggies at their very best peak of ripeness and flavor. All fruits and veggies contain many vitamins, minerals and nutrients to contribute to good health, whether they are frozen, canned, fresh or organic.
