Should you aim to eat an equal amount of fruits

I’m not quite sure I understand the question.  If you mean an equal amount of each fruit each day, then the answer is that this would probably be impossible given the hundreds of different fruits available around the world!  Just eat a variety of them so that you’re getting the overall benefits of a diet rich in fruit.  If you mean aim to eat an equal amount of fruit versus vegetables, then view our Fruit & Vegetable Daily Intake Charts to see the recommended amount that you need of fruit and vegetables every day.
