Sorry to bother you but I cannot find this on the website. When they say ”think variety, think color” at the end of recipes and show colors, what are they talking about? What is the relationship I am supposed to understand?Thanks,William Roberts

We encourage everyone to eat a variety of colors of fruits and vegetables every day. This will make it more likely that a wide range of nutrients will be consumed, since different nutrients are often associated with different colors of fruits and veggies.
