tell me detailed aspects of green onion and the nutritional implications

Green onions are a good source of vitamins A and C, contain some folate (a B vitamin), fiber and chromium, and small amounts of many other nutrients including potassium, iron, calcium and magnesium. They are members of the Onion family and contain phytonutrients. Beets are a good source of folate, contain some fiber, vitamin C and potassium and small amounts of many other nutrients including iron, magnesium and vitamin B6. They also contain phytonutrients.
