What vegetables are best for health?

 

Q. Which vegetables included in the diet to increase a healthy life? and which vegetables would be least effective?

 

A. All vegetables offer a variety of nutrients that fuel the body in many different ways. Eating a diet rich in all types of vegetables and maintaining a healthy weight by consuming whole grains, lean meats, beans, fruit and low-fat dairy can provide you with energy and nutrition needed to live a healthy life.
