What benefits do oranges have Are they fattening?

Oranges are an excellent source of vitamin C, and one provides all the vitamin C you need for a day. Oranges are also a good source of folate (one of the B vitamins) and fiber, and provide some potassium, calcium and magnesium. They also provide phytonutrients. An orange contains 80 calories, about 4 grams of fiber and is fat free. While all calories can contribute to weight gain, oranges are not considered to be fattening.
