What can of diet, a person with high pressure can have? Do you have come recepies for the all week or month to choose for this problem?

Generally people with high blood pressure are advised to have less sodium (salt), and to lose weight if overweight. Most fruits and vegetables are low in sodium and can be helpful with losing weight. For these and other reasons, eating more fruits and vegetables improves health. The recipes here are all lower in sodium and contain lots of fruits and vegetables.
