What fruit and veggies that help cleanse arteries and helps with shrink enlarged prostate?

Eating lots of fruits and vegetables as part of a healthy diet can help to reduce cholesterol levels which may help with reducing plaque in the arteries. Studies suggest that men who eat more fruits and vegetables are less likely to have an enlarged prostate, but it does not seem that the diet reverses the enlargement.

  1. I am curious what men are being studied and whom the researchers are obtaining this information from. I know of no men who consume even close to the recommended numbers of servings of fruit and vegetables every day. We have no good study participants, because Americans lifestyles have changed so dramatically over the last fifty years. Plus diet studies are from recalled information, which is less than reliable.
