What fruits and vegetables contain Niacin?

Most fruits and vegetables are not considered good sources of niacin. The best sources of niacin include meat, poultry, fish, liver, peanuts, whole and enriched grains and legumes. Kidney beans, lentils, greater northern beans, black beans, chickpeas, navy beans and lima beans are considered a good source of niacin (1/2 cup serving). Try this Peanut Hummus & Vegetables recipe!
