What is the best antioxidant?

Antioxidants help to fight disease and also block  the free radicals in our bodies that can cause cancer.  It is very important to have a wide variety of antioxidants included in your diet, not just one.  Therefore, eating plenty of fruits and vegetables that come in a wide spectrum of colors would be most beneficial to your body.
