What is the difference betweenfresh frozen or can.We use mostly frozen and some fresh.

Nutritionally speaking, there is not much difference between fresh, frozen and canned because fruits and vegetables are processed close to the fields where they are harvested, so the nutrients are "locked in" at the time of harvest. If during processing the fruit or vegetable has other things added to it such as sauces, this will affect the nutrient content. Canned fruits and vegetables make great additions to your pantry-they are quick, convenient and economical because you can stock up and store them for periods of time.
