Q. I am 23 years old and 236 pounds. I am looking for a healthy diet to lose some weight. I usually have two meals a day one at noon and one in the afternoon. I usually exercise once in two days for about one hour. I do 30 minutes of aerobic exercise and 30 minutes of weight training. I want some advice about a healthy diet.
