what veggies have calories? I am on a new diet an some veggies are negative calories an some are not i need to know how many calories are in what? Please help I’m hungry!!!!! Sarah

All vegetables have calories. Depending on the diet you are referring to, some vegetables count as “negative calories” based off of their guidelines. However, all vegetables do contain some calories, but vegetables tend to be considered low calories foods. Eating vegetables for your snacks and in place of your higher calorie side dishes and meals is a great way to consume a low calorie diet. They are a healthy, delicious, alternative to your usual high calorie, high fat meals. Therefore, when you’re hungry, snack on some fruits and vegetables for a low calorie, low fat snack that will satisfy your taste buds. Try this Peanut Hummus and Vegetable Snack.
