A. Tomatoes and carrots are excellent sources of vitamins and minerals to keep you healthy. Cherry tomatoes and baby carrots are miniature sizes of the real deal and pack just as powerful of a punch of healthy nutrients. Tomatoes are an excellent source of vitamins A and C, and a good source of vitamin K and potassium. Carrots also are a great source of vitamin A and a good source of vitamin C and fiber. Eating a variety of vegetables including cherry tomatoes and carrots can provide many health benefits. A diet rich in vegetables may help to reduce the risk of developing heart disease and certain types of cancer , keep your skin and hair healthy and your digestive tract working properly, just to name a few benefits.
