whats the difference between the sugars in fruits and brown and table sugar. Are the sugars in fruits bad for you too?

Table sugar comes from sugar cane or sugar beets. Molasses comes from refining sugar cane or sugar beets. Brown sugar is simply white sugar whtat isn’t as refined and still contains the molasses. This gives it its distinctive color and soft texture. Both are classified as sucrose or “simple sugars”. Fructose is the sugar that occurs naturally in fruits and some vegetables. While the sugar in fruit and fruit juice is technically classified as “simple” too, the huge difference is that fruit and fruit juices have many other beneficial nutrients carried in them that are typically not found in candy, table sugar, soft drinks, etc.  So, the answer to your question is a resounding “no”.  The natural sugar in fruit is not bad for you, especially when you consider all of the additional nutritional benefits you get from fruit—all in one tasty, convenient package!!
