Which foods would be benefical for me to eat with my arthritis?

As yet, there are no specific foods that have been proven to be beneficial to eat for arthritis. There is a small amount of research that eating cherries helps some people, but it is not yet proven, and what works for one person may not work for another. Certainly, eating cherries, which are in season right now, is delicious and very beneficial for a variety of other reasons, [link here to our reasons to eat more].
