Which Fruit are vegetable rich in protein..?I am not interested to get protein from Non-Veg Items..Please Suggest me some Veg items…

Check out our What’s in a 1/2 Cup Guide for vegetables that are high in proteins.  Beans are included on the list and are a great source of protein.


You should also include nuts in your diet as a source of protein.  Check out our Nut Nutrition Database for more information. In addition, soy products and legumes will help you to include protein in your diet.
