You give a blanket endorsement to fruits and veggies. Where is the warning about grapefruit? If you don’t know what I mean — check the latest research about interference with medication and hormones and cancer risk especially for post-menopausal women.

Yes, we do give a blanket endorsement to fruits and veggies because science supports that they are critically important to health for the population at large.  As you suggest, there are situations where there may be some drug/nutrient interactions that your doctor or pharmacist should talk to you about when prescribing certain medications.  These drug/nutrient interactions aren’t unique to grapefruit, or even fruits and vegetables for that matter.  Your doctor or pharmacist should be able to provide those specifics if you have questions.
